The Disney Wish Brings New Sailings to NYC
Among all the new Disney Cruise Line sailings announced, this is the one turning heads. The Disney Wish will arrive in New York City in late September 2027, right after wrapping up its inaugural season sailing in Europe. From there, it will set sail on seven special voyages ranging from four to seven nights, giving guests a chance to combine the energy of Manhattan with the magic of a Disney cruise.

There's a lot of range packed into that list. Guests who want classic pink sand beaches and island time have several Bermuda options to choose from, while the Canada and New England sailings lean into fall foliage, historic port towns, and a slower, scenery-driven pace at sea. Beyond New York: More New Disney Cruise Line Sailings for Fall 2027 and Spring 2028
New York is the headline, but it's far from the only update in this release. Disney Cruise Line is expanding sailings out of San Juan on the Disney Wish and Disney Fantasy, with five- to seven-night Southern and Eastern Caribbean itineraries. The Disney Magic will make two repositioning cruises through the Panama Canal, including maiden calls in Fuerte Amador and Colon, Panama.
Florida homeports are seeing some changes too. The Disney Destiny will homeport in Port Canaveral for the first time this season, and the Disney Wish will return there after its New York and San Juan sailings for short Bahamian cruises. Familiar favorites like the Disney Dream, Disney Fantasy, and Disney Treasure will continue sailing from Port Canaveral and Fort Lauderdale, and the Disney Magic and Disney Wonder will offer Baja and Mexican Riviera sailings from San Diego.
