Hi, I’m Trinity! Co-founder and travel advisor at Willow & Wander Travel Co!
I’ve been planning trips professionally since 2020, and what I value most in travel planning is bringing structure and ease to a process that can quickly feel overwhelming. Travel should be exciting, not stressful — and good planning makes all the difference.
Many clients come to us knowing where they want to go, but feeling unsure about how to coordinate the details. With so many options, opinions, and logistics involved, it’s easy to feel stuck or second-guess decisions. My role is to guide the process, manage the moving parts, and make sure everything stays organized and clear from start to finish.
I plan a wide range of trips, including family vacations, group travel, cruises, theme park vacations, all-inclusive resorts, and European itineraries. I’m especially experienced in trips involving multiple travelers with different needs, where thoughtful planning and clear communication are essential.
From the first conversation through your return home, my focus is on creating a well-organized, seamless experience — one that reflects care, attention to detail, and genuine support throughout the journey.
